Transaction Fees

A transaction fee of 3% of the total purchase price will be applied to all transactions. This fee covers various operational and processing costs and is non-refundable.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:
– Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)
– Debit Cards (All Banks)
– ACH

Please note that all transactions must be conducted in the currency (USD) specified on our platform.

Refund Policy

Full Refunds

Full refunds are not available after 15 days of the transaction date, provided that the product or service has not been delivered or has been returned unopened and in its original condition.

Prorated Refunds

In cases where a cancellation occurs after a partial delivery of products or services, prorated refunds will be available. The refund amount will be calculated based on the portion of the product or service that has not been delivered or consumed.

Please note that prorated refunds are subject to approval and may take up to 4-7 business days to process.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the transaction date. Cancellations made within this period will be eligible for a full refund, minus the 3% transaction fee.

Security

We take the security of your information seriously. All transactions are conducted through secure, encrypted channels, and we do not store sensitive payment information.

CyberSherpas reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review this policy regularly.
